Online lessons are delivered using Microsoft Teams. Microsoft Teams may process limited personal information necessary to provide online lessons, including:

  • Meeting attendance
  • Audio and video during live lessons (if cameras and microphones are enabled)
We only use Microsoft Teams for educational purposes and encourage all users to follow our Online Safety and Safeguarding procedures.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate our services, including:

Microsoft Teams Online tutoring sessions
Microsoft 365 Secure storage of academy documents and communications
Payment providers (where applicable) Processing tuition fee payments securely
