Online Lessons

All online lessons are conducted through Microsoft Teams. Students are expected to:

• Join lessons on time.
• Use their real name when joining meetings.
• Behave respectfully towards tutors and other students.
• Use appropriate language and conduct.
• Attend lessons from a quiet and suitable learning environment.
• Ensure they have a stable internet connection and a working device.

Recording Lessons

Unless otherwise agreed and with appropriate consent, lessons are not routinely recorded. If a lesson is to be recorded for educational or safeguarding purposes, parents and students will be informed in advance, and recording will only take place where appropriate.

Technical Issues

RR Tutoring Academy Ltd is not responsible for interruptions caused by:

• Internet outages
• Power failures
• Device malfunction
• Microsoft Teams service disruptions
